They are made by standard byke company. This was a 24" made to the specs that were wanted. This one did not have disc brakes but there have been many made now with disc mounts.

I only use the one finger and using this lever with the BB7 and slick cable it was by far the best cable brake set up. Its actually for sale in my for sale stuff. parting the bike out. Thanks
